Another Style Icon- Tonks! (From Harry Potter!)

First of all, as with my previous style icon post, I know that Tonks is a fictional character, blah blah blah... But she's still a style icon of mine because she always dresses in an original yet effortless way, and ALWAYS LOOKS AWESOME.
In the Harry Potter films, Tonks is given waaay too small a role. In the books, her role is quite big, but the film producers didn't have enough time to include much development of her character.
For example, they included barely anything in the films about her relationship with Remus Lupin, their marriage and their child. However, the producers and costume department still made sure that 'Film Tonks' looks awesome all the time. Her style is hard to describe, because obviously she wears witches' clothes! I definitely think her hair is the most distinctive part of her style though- how could it not be when it's purple?! Maybe it seem weird that I've chosen a fictional witch as a style icon, but everyone knows that Harry Potter is real. Witches and wizards DO exist!!! Tonks' style is a bit grungy and very casual; that's why she looks so good, and her awesome clothes and hair are just a couple of the many reasons why her character is so memorable. In addition, the fact that she is a metamorphmagus means she can change her appearance whenever she likes to look exactly as she wants. Hence my next picture..... :

I found this description of her clothing on another blog:
(Hopefully I'm allowed to use it)

This is a girl who dresses how she wants and doesn't try too hard. The result? Total awesomeness! :D
